‘Auto Lube’ bridges the gap between the “wish” and “reality” by offering an automatic grease lubrication package that will lubricate more frequently and addresses all of the lubricant points. By installing our system when the machine is down for its “annual” the “hidden” lube points are fitted with speciality fitting and flexible lines. Each line is marked and conduit is run to a corresponding discrete pump located in an enclosure. Along with a centralized grease reservoir, timer and solenoid, these individual pumps deliver grease more often, using less lubricant. This allows the bearing to maintain near perfect lubrication, guards against over-lubrication and guarantees each lube point is addressed regularly.
